In 2019, sports media broadcasters TDN and UDN announced they would merge to become TUDN, a premier Hispanic sports channel. In anticipation of the relaunch, TUDN needed a thorough analysis of their own capabilities as well as an understanding of the digital media landscape, to identify how they’d fit in alongside top sports digital media offerings.
The newly formed channel tapped Infront X to create a multi-year roadmap that included both monetization and product design strategies.
Various workshops and requirement sessions were held with TUDN departments across the organization. Stakeholder data was analyzed and synthesized into insights that highlighted business goals and objectives, product requirements and the desired state of TUDN’s digital strategy.
Using rapid customer feedback, we were able to efficiently test and validate proposed features and business solutions created through hypothesis-driven design methods. This resulted in a cross-platform product vision and the delivery of responsive web and native mobile designs implemented by the TUDN engineering team.
Along with the digital product designs and prototypes, we presented a comprehensive strategic insights report, articulating TUDN’s multi-year product plan.
