Legends, a premium experiences company for sports and entertainment organizations and venues, sought a partner to improve the digital experience for the legendary brands and properties it oversees — including its own.
The group selected Infront X to be that partner, leveraging Corebine as the platform for each initiative including the two highlighted below.
Through workshops and team collaboration, Infront X helped Legends uncover improvements, evolving business needs, and user interface and experience issues.
As part of our engagement with Legends, Infront X was tasked with increasing ticket sales. After thorough analysis of user behavior on Legends’ current sites, the data revealed challenges with cluttered interfaces and consumer confusion over premium ticket package terms.
Corebine simplified the creation of new visual systems, enabling us to test and deploy solutions for improving ticket purchase times and increasing ticket conversion.
Legends’ goal for the One World Observatory website was to create an immersive, image-rich experience that reflects the grandeur and panoramic views of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
The new website was designed to engage and enlighten tourists and locals alike on the building’s history, make reservations for a dining/viewing experience on the 102nd floor and purchase souvenirs.
Using the lessons learned from the One World Observatory initiative, Infront X designed a similarly immersive digital experience for Sky View Observatory, the tallest building in the Pacific Northwest.
By eliminating extraneous page elements and focusing on simple yet stunning digital experiences, we helped the observatory sites reach new levels of engagement. Our success also led to additional rebuilds of the Legends flagship and international websites.
